Shipping

  • We offer shipping to all major cities and towns in India. For remote locations, shipping options and costs may vary.
  • We strive to process and ship orders within 7 to 10 business days of receipt. However, processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs clearance.
  • Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached.
  • Item received is incorrect (size, color, style) compared to your order.
  • Item is damaged or defective.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at jearraethnics@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return in your email.
  3. Once you receive the return request successfully, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
  4. Include a copy of your packing slip with the order number marked on it.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item, damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
  • We will process your return or exchange within [number] business days of receiving your package.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns for items that are worn, washed, or damaged.
  • We do not accept returns for items without original tags attached.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability, please follow the return process outlined above.
  • We will ship the exchange item to you free of charge.
